This mower is awesome. The cut is fantastic, transmission is smooth, speed is faster than I need it to be and it's probably overbuilt for my needs.

I'm a homeowner with 2+ acres to mow and wanted to get a walk behind rather than a riding tractor or zero turn.

I don't have any experience with other walk behinds. I did my research and asked a few friends who run commercial equipment and everyone I talked to said you can't go wrong with a JD. I'm sure I'll be walking (running) behind this for many years to come.
