Cut: Rating A

The Quik-Trak uses the 7-Iron deck, which leaves a phenomenal cut. The cut is clean and precise, with great vacuum and discharge. The 7-Iron II deck is coming out this year, which Deere claims to be even better

Durability: Rating B+

A very tough, well built machine. It has spring-loaded pulleys.

Handling and Balance: Rating B+

This machine handles very well. It is nimble and responsive. The spring-loaded platform really smoothes out the ride. Pretty good on hills, but not great.

Maintenance and Ingenuity: Rating A

The Quik-Trak is well designed. This is the only floating-deck unit that allows the operator to change the cutting height with one simple lever. This feature gives the John Deere Quik-Trak the slight advantage over the Everride and Great Dane standers.
