Note: The Makita BBX 7600 and Dolmar BP7600 are essentially the same blower, which is why I giving both the same review.

Weight to Power Ratio: B+

Good power. Not like the Redmax 8001, but more equivalent to the Stihl 600. With the addition of oil and gas, weight will increase. Still lighter than the Redmax 8001 and Shindaiwa 8520.

Comfort: A

Well balanced and comfortable. With little exhaust, the operator gets a cleaner experience.

Durability: B+

Too new to really tell, but so far so good. Looks well made. Also a plus is that there is no catalytic converter in the muffler to clog.

Ease of Start: A-

Fires right up. Good as any 4-cycle motor should.

Value for Money: B+

At around $450, this is a good value.

Makita Backpack Blowers on Ebay

Here are the Makita backpack blowers that are currently listed for sale on Ebay. I’ve found some great deals there. And I've sold a ton of old equipment through it.

If you aren't already a member of eBay, you need to go to the registration page before you can bid, buy, or sell anything.
