Hustler Fast Track Super Duty 2014 Mower Review

Was mowing with it a few weeks ago and it started cutting uneven so I took it to a dealer and he said the deck is bent where the hub bolts on and when he contacted hustler about it they told him that they have had no issues with model and they are not going to warranty it.

Really not happy that they are not standing behind their product and I will never recommend hustler mowers to anybody ever again, if you have a warranty on something and then you don't honor it why have the warrant to begin with.

Sounds as if you need to speak to a lawyer. Believe your warranty gives YOU specific rights, not those the company CHOOSES to acknowledge!

Also think the amount claimed needs to be enough to a) fix the problem; b) pay the attorney; and c) encourage them not to "play games" (what are called "punitive damages"). Consider, oh, maybe $100,000? Is that too ridiculous -- then maybe $500,000?
