Hustler Fastrack Superduty 2008 Mower Review

At the 200 hour service (actual 206.7) dealer replaced mower deck pulleys. The failure of the pulleys after only such a short time with light residential use shows an obvious lack of quality control. The dealer said the warranty was for 4 years so I have to pay for replacement.


I am a union member and try to purchase American-made goods; these part(s) failures are some of the reason Americans look elsewhere.

The overall mower is excellent but if I ever purchase another mower it will probably be Exmark-more money, but you sometimes get what you pay for.

The dealer should have replaced these junk parts, no questions asked, and returned them to Hustler.
