Been a good mower from day 1. Fast and cuts well. Tubed front tires due to losing air. Had service people change drive filters finally @ 500 + hrs. and in 2 weeks locked-up right side transmission. Manual explains the air purge procedure for a closed loop hydrostatic system, so my belief is the service guy did not purge air from system when filters changed. In shop for new transmission...will have them verify air has been purged. Trust no-one...assume nothing. Not sure I will buy another Hustler, but this issue was not a mower design fault.
